Skype alternative (international calls)
Skype made sense when both sides installed the app. For calling banks, airlines, government lines, or any normal mobile/landline number, you need PSTN connectivity. When to keep Skype or Teams
If everyone already meets in the same app ecosystem and you don’t need the PSTN, app-to-app solutions can still be cheapest.
